All our houses are suitable for all four seasons, mainly thanks to their insulation and equipment adapted to all seasons.

We recommend that the house be towed by a vehicle that has a certain engine power and sufficient towing capacity. They are mostly vehicles with a load capacity of 2.7 to 3.5 tons, i.e. pick-ups, jeeps or 4×4 off-road vehicles. However, we will be happy to advise you whether your vehicle meets the conditions for towing a house. You can contact us via e-mail or the communication form.

Tiny Houses are manufactured according to regulations 2018/858 EC. All our products comply with these regulations. All our motorhomes have EC type approval, which allows your vehicles to be towed anywhere in Europe. No permit is required to tow your camper on the highway as it is a licensed vehicle. When buying from us, receiving a Certificate of Conformity for the registration of your vehicle at local authorities and for the issuance of license plates.

You can equip your new house with any accessories and type of equipment. The menu also offers a selection of equipment packages from the given manufacturer.

All our mobile homes are homologated residential trailers up to 3.5t in category O2, these homes do not fall under the building code. Other static houses are arranged up to 25 m2, which means that the furnishing process is faster and easier than for larger buildings over 25 m2. 

The houses in our portfolio are selected based on recommendations, feedback and detailed market research and the needs of our customers, who wait for fast delivery. We can usually deliver houses from 50 days to 90 days, even in larger quantities. 

All mobile homes can be sold without problems even after 10 years. These houses are not fixed to the ground and are fully mobile. Other static houses can also be sold, it depends on the type of house, to be sure, ask our Tiny Agent.

There is no customs or annual tax liability for Tiny House in Europe.

We at Tiny Rent provide a towing service for Tiny House owners. We can move your Tiny House to a new location at any time upon request for a nominal fee. 

Of course, we provide a 2-year warranty like the usual competition. The houses are also selected on the basis of quality so that the new owner can enjoy a full-fledged new home without worries and repairs.
